Commonwealth Clinical Services, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Doctor William Hurley and his wife Sandra. We are a family run organization who values treating our patients like our own family. Sandra is a Registered Nurse who is a graduate of the Boston City Hospital School of Nursing and has additionally earned a Masters of Business Administration. Sandra has worked in healthcare for several years, as Director of Nursing, Clinical Manger and Administrator.  In 2019, Sandra received the Home Care Alliance Champion Award. The Hurley's are well regarded in Winthrop- known for their philanthropy and contributions to the community.

In 2014, the family business expanded when daughter Jeanne Hurley Holgersen joined the team alongside her parents. Jeanne is a Registered Nurse who also has her Bachelors in Skilled Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts degree. Jeanne has received her degree as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Northeastern University.  She is working as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in the community. Jeanne is the Clinical Director for Commonwealth Clinical Services, Inc.
